Welcome to the Narat family hostel in the small town of Jurg. Here, the local dishes have an extra soul with a quality of preparation simply above average. We also appreciate that the menu, in English, provides us with the best food and wine combinations for each of the dishes on the à la carte menu. Among the chef's specialties, an excellent beef liver roasted at low temperature with its buckwheat accompaniment. The dessert menu also has a few good surprises in store for you.
