Chief Jani Conzek is a child of globalization. Passionate about travelling, he came back with lots of new culinary ideas in mind. Breaking free from a somewhat too restrictive Slovenian culinary tradition, it offers pretty aromatic and rather fiery plates. Among his signature dishes, don't miss the amazing marinated veal fillet, cream of tuna, capers and spice cream. As surprising as it is delicious! The dessert menu is more classic. Good choice of local and international wines, efficient service.
