This is a unique and innovative experience. The philosophy of the amazing chef David Vracko is quite simple: there is no menu in his restaurant and you can only deal with the food he has selected on the day of your visit from his suppliers. At the beginning of the meal, he asks you how much time you have and how much appetite you have, then he returns to his kitchen to concoct unique dishes for you with his very own finds. Good quality bistronomic cuisine in a warm setting.
