Do not hesitate to knock on the main door of the establishment. A city official will take you to the exhibit in the basement. The visit is short and takes place in the cells of the former municipal prison. It traces the history of the 20th century in Ptuj through the prism of wars and various occupations. It also highlights portraits of the men and women who have left their mark on the city. Disappointing exhibition, lack of documentation in English.
