Specialising in locally flavoured chocolates, the chocolates in this shop are made entirely from natural ingredients, with no additives, extracts, preservatives or added sugar. This means you'll have to taste them quickly, but you're unlikely to resist them for long anyway. The uncluttered workshop-like sales area is a testament to the artisanal nature of the products. Previously sous-chef in a Michelin restaurant, the chocolatier has an unparalleled know-how and talent.
