It's the island's new star restaurant! At the helm is Chef Bochenski, who earned his spurs in the world's top Michelin-starred restaurants. Each dish tells a story and is a veritable work of art, combining the pleasures of the eye and the taste buds. On the menu: cheese and mushroom soufflé, snapper with Dashi butter and asparagus, lime tart, grapefruit and pink peppercorn pavlova. In addition to the sublime cuisine, the view of the Pitons and Saint-Vincent is breathtaking. Especially when the sun goes down. A word of advice: make a reservation!
