Dasheene is the Caribbean famous award-winning restaurant from the Ladera resort. If you are not a guest from the hotel, you would need to arrange lunch or dinner via email or phone call. The chef Nigel proposes Caribbean dishes such as sweet potato and coconut soup, Caribbean lamb salad, plantain gratin with coconut rum sauce and more. The bar is open from 9 am to enjoy fresh fruit cocktails with a dramatic panoramic view of the twin Pitons as a backdrop.
