Cave Abonnat is a small winery located in the village square of Chalus, in the southern Puy de Dôme region. With 6.5 hectares of vines, it produces red, rosé and white wines, mainly from Gamay, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. The entire harvest is vinified on site, using organic methods. In addition to wines, Cave Abonnat also offers a range of liqueurs made from plants, fruits and flowers from their own gardens and plots. Flavors include verbena, mint, tarragon, elderflower, lilac blossom, walnut and quince. To discover and taste their products, we recommend you make an appointment at the Chalus winery.
