Olivier Masse's brasserie, located close to the spa and just a stone's throw from Royat, is the ideal place to enjoy comforting, authentic dishes. For starters, the chef honors the classics: herring and apples in oil, hard-boiled eggs with homemade mayonnaise or warm leeks in vinaigrette. For the rest, choose a generous piece of beef from Ferme Auvergnate or a pig-based dish from Maison Pallut in the Cantal region, just like the delicious cheeses to be enjoyed before moving on to dessert.

Repas un samedi midi. Bon rapport qualité prix. Personnel accueillant. Carte avec peu de choix mais c’est rassurant cela prouve que ce sont des bons produits.

Un joli bistrot où l’accueil est chaleureux. On sent la fraîcheur des aliments, une truffade et une pièce de bœuf délicieuses. Le rapport qualité prix est vraiment très bon !
