Brasserie offering good comfort food.

Olivier Masse's brasserie is located near the spa, just a stone's throw from Royat. It's the place to come when you're in the mood for good, home-style comfort food. For starters, the chef offers herring with apples in oil, hard-boiled eggs with homemade mayonnaise or warm leeks with vinaigrette. Great classics! We continue with a fine piece of beef from Ferme Auvergnate or a pig-based variation from Maison Pallut in Cantal, just like the cheeses that can be enjoyed before dessert.

Nous avons été très déçu par la truffade , très peu de fromage, tranches de jambon trop épaisses servi avec une salade sortant d'un sachet , noyée par une sauce vinaigrette certainement industrielle , prix 20 € par truffade à ce prix là, on s'attend à se régaler

Accueil très convenable avec une petite salle à manger qui m’es dans une ambiance paisible, la cuisine est très bonne surtout la truffade et les prix sont corrects.
