Brasserie offering good comfort food.
Olivier Masse's brasserie is located near the spa, just a stone's throw from Royat. It's the place to come when you're in the mood for good, home-style comfort food. For starters, the chef offers herring with apples in oil, hard-boiled eggs with homemade mayonnaise or warm leeks with vinaigrette. Great classics! We continue with a fine piece of beef from Ferme Auvergnate or a pig-based variation from Maison Pallut in Cantal, just like the cheeses that can be enjoyed before dessert.

Une cuisine simple mais bien faite, avec amour et de bons produits.
Les prix sont très bon marché pour la qualité.
Je me suis régalé et ma copine aussi.
