Opened at the beginning of the last century, then held by the Dugast family from 1966, the butcher shop changed ownership in 2018. Marc Filliat, Didier Dugast's successor, is one of the co-founders of the Ferme Auvergnate in Mozac. A butcher by trade, he returned to Chamalières, where he started, and wants to perpetuate the reputation of this institution. Local producers and quality products are at the rendezvous. Catered dishes and specialties in jars are also sold. The butcher's shop offers services such as advance preparation of orders.

Open Monday to Saturday from 6am to 12:30pm and from 3pm to 7pm. Delivery possible (for the elderly and with reduced mobility (- 5 km)).

More than a house...an institution in Chamalières!
This butcher shop created at the beginning of the 20th century by the Planche family, was sold by Alexandre Planche in 1966 to his apprentice Mr Hubert Dugast who passed it on in 1991 to his son Didier Dugast.
A traditional butcher's shop whose values have remained the same since its creation: the demand for quality!
This translates into the selection of quality meat and precise preparation work to best meet the expectations of connoisseur customers looking for authentic products of consistent quality
