Perfectly situated at l'Ermitage in a private housing estate in the heart of the western seaside tourist area, this charming 180m² furnished holiday home can accommodate up to eight people. In a quiet, intimate setting, the villa opens up its magnificent space in front of a private swimming pool with solarium and facing the 900m² fenced-in tropical garden. Relax on the huge terrace, cool off in the pool, and let yourself be lulled by birdsong and the whisper of the Indian Ocean breeze..

Elizabeth and Eric, the owners, have tastefully decorated their home, which will become yours. You'll be greeted by the couple with a welcome basket containing "péi" products: seasonal fruit, punch or chocolates from Réunion Island. You'll feel right at home in this well-appointed, fully-equipped and air-conditioned space. The villa comprises three beautifully decorated double bedrooms, each flanked by a bathroom and fitted with large closets. Opposite is a bedroom with two single beds. Linen and towels are provided. A large living room dominates the heart of the villa, featuring a double sofa, library, cable and satellite TV, mini bar and pool table. Internet access is also available. The kitchen is separate and has all the equipment you need to make a great feast. There's even a freezer and dishwasher. Next door is the laundry area with washing machine and ironing board.

Large picture windows open onto the huge terrace with dining table and lounge, and onto the swimming pool. With its solarium, outdoor shower and barbecue area, the secure swimming pool is a popular spot for holidaymakers, highlighted by magnificent sunsets. Access via the wooded garden leads to the Ermitage beach, bordered by its transparent lagoon, a veritable tropical aquarium. The villa is just a few minutes' walk from lively beach restaurants and bars. The many shops, casinos, bars and nightclubs of the resort are just 5 minutes away by car or tourist train.
