Located just a step away from the beach of Trou d'Eau, the terrace of Fuzion invites to relax. We are comfortably installed there under big trees in a Zen atmosphere. A regularly changing menu, original and tasty dishes, at the crossroads of Western and Eastern inspirations: tartars of the world, homemade foie gras, fresh royal palm, half-cooked zebra caramelized with wild pepper, grilled wasp larvae, half-cooked tuna, kangaroo fillet, traditional meats.
