It is on the edge of the beautiful swimming pool of the hotel Le Grand Bleu that the delicate cuisine of Le P'tit Bleu is discovered. Open to outsiders, the address is intimate, like a parenthesis away from the city, and the cuisine has a "bistronomic" tendency. The menu features fresh and local products: quail oars with thyme flower, duck breast with passion fruit, swordfish steak with combava zest, Langevin trout fillet with turmeric or Saint-Philippe palm kernel salad in a P'tit Bleu style.
