CocoThim and Velou'Thim are two separate sites, one facing the port of Saint-Gilles, the other in the Grand fond quarter, 1 km from the center. Very central, facing the marina and 2 minutes walk from the centre, CocoThim offers in a garden planted with coconut 6 apartments with air-conditioned rooms, TV, Wi-fi and a small terrace with external kitchen, offering privacy, greenery and shade. Functional, they have good value for money. The big studio is nice, bigger and with a canopy bed. The family business, established for over 20 years, also makes boat rental and training for the boat licence, there is also a small restaurant on site and a lot of choices in the neighborhood, including the bakery a few metres away. Velou'Thim offers a more privileged standing and location: 3 houses in the owner's garden, whose house is facing the beach, in the residential lanes of Grand Merits. Swimming is more delicate because the coral massif begins with waves, but a large and elegant swimming pool welcomes you with its deckchairs. Each accommodation, furnished with teak, has two beautiful air-conditioned rooms with high-end bedding, a superb marble bathroom and an outdoor kitchen under the exclusive. Also rooms to rent in an independent box. Finally, a spa is optional and a wellness centre in anticipation.

le logement était très sale. A l'arrivée, nous n'y étions pas vraiment attendus !!
sinon le logement aurait été vérifié et nettoyé de fond en comble.
la salle de bains ressemble plus à une "baraque" et tout y est sale ; il manque une fenêtre (jalousie), un moustiquaire dégoutant à la place.
Vu le prix demandé, la prestation n'était pas du tout au rendez vous. Il y a un manque d'entretien général.... passez votre chemin !!!!!!
Du fait du comportement préalable irrespectueux envers nos employés et nous-mêmes, nous avons refusé. Ceci explique peut-être cela !
VELOU' THIM: Very quiet neighbourhood. Very clean bungalow (inside and out) and comfortable: we did not already bedding and bathroom. The owners reserved a very warm welcome to us. All teak furniture is equipped with cushion to ensure a comfortable base (pool and dining room). The verandah offers the opportunity to eat sheltered from the sun while enjoying a small pleasant hot air draught. No emanation of canine urine or barking were noted during our stay... Possible swimming on beach shoes bath, very clean beach.
COCOTHIM: in the centre of Saint Gilles baths, lively district, close to all shops. Very clean studio. Welcome just as welcoming staff available on site. Very good advice to visit the must-see sights of Réunion, restaurants, etc.
Accommodation in keeping with the descriptions and photos... recommend!
