Le Balcon is first and foremost a restaurant, with the return of its ephemeral kitchens (Tuesday to Saturday, 7.30pm to 10pm), where the menu is created by the chef according to seasonal produce and his inspiration of the moment. Le Balcon also concocts explosive cocktails to raise the temperature and loosen tongues. The DJ takes over, and it's off to a wild party on the dance floor. An eclectic clientele, made up of locals and travelers alike, who share a common passion: the pleasure of sharing a good time!
