Mélanie, the mother, concocts a delicious bistronomic-style cuisine using fresh local produce, while Axel, her son, trained at the hotel school, manages the dining room. His father made all the wooden furniture, adding an artisanal touch to this kaz tipik in Entre-Deux. The menu changes according to new arrivals, but certain popular dishes remain. Quality dishes, accompanied by a fine selection of local wines and beers.
