LE VIEIL ALAMBIC
Restaurant offering wood-fired cuisine in Les Makes.
This beautiful and colourful Creole-style house with mantling attracts tourists and locals alike, who come here in large numbers on weekends, before or after a hike. Indeed, Edith and Pascal's speciality is cooking over a wood fire and recipes based on geraniums. The result is original and makes it possible to discover flavours and assortments that you won't find elsewhere, such as geranium fritters or breadfruit cake. In terms of accommodation, the four guest rooms, three ears of corn, are simple and comfortable.
