Restaurant offering a semi-gastronomic cuisine with fresh products.
Aurélie and Christopher Bigaroli propose a semi-gastronomic cuisine. On the menu, the local dishes are replaced by a fine and refined cuisine. The seasonal menu offers dishes made with fresh products. The desserts satisfy the gourmets and the amateurs of sweetness. In the dining room, the waiters are pleasant and give good advice. The plates are elegantly laid out. One appreciates to taste these dishes entirely made house while admiring the splendid sight on the lake Chambon and on the solid mass of Sancy which offers the site of the restaurant.

I went twice during my vacation, the reception was very friendly 2 times (despite the late arrival time) and quality, as much as the presentation of their dishes are really very well (I did not wait something as well going in a snack bar, it is really the good restaurants).
Recommended! : -)
Vraiment on se régale, accueil sympathique.
Et on a une vue imprenable sur le lac Chambon
