Resto-refuge with seasonal cuisine in an old buron in Chambon-sur-Lac.
Perched at an altitude of 1,300 meters, Sandra and Raphaël have rehabilitated a neglected buron to make it a resto-refuge. The burons were used for milking cows during the summer months. The welcome is one of the priorities of these buroniers, whether it is in the refuge in winter (the road being impassable) or in a restaurant-snack bar formula in the summer. A 100% local seasonal cuisine awaits hikers or visitors. For a night's rest, the floor is modular.
