A cheese dairy where you can discover the secrets of local cheeses, with tastings and tours of the farm.
At an altitude of 1,100 metres, the GAEC de l'Oiseau offers you the chance to watch Saint-Nectaire cheese being made, and to discover all the secrets of this local cheese. After cheese tasting, you can take a self-guided tour of the farm. Young and old alike will be delighted to get up close to calves, cows, pigs, sheep and chickens. Each animal contributes to the manufacture of finished products. Guided tours of the cheese-making process are available from June to September, and can be booked all year round for groups.
