Chez Jo is a must in the wild South, ideally located just above the Manapany basin: you can only see him! Creole, Chinese and hexagonal cuisine, with a menu offering fish, grilled meats and of course delicious curries, including the famous duck with palm kernels. The cuisine is copious and the service friendly. It's best to arrive early to make sure you get what you want. The dishes on site are a little expensive, but there is always the option of a tray or sandwiches to take away that will suit small budgets.
