Gîte de France offering refined Creole dishes every day.
A gîte de France that we love for its charm and simplicity. Today, almost two hundred years after the governors of the island came to Salazie for a breath of fresh air, we dine in the house of the owners, Yvette and François Boyer, with whom we cheerfully drink. Mr. Boyer, a mason, built everything himself with great attention to detail. Madame, a fine cook, prepares refined Creole dishes every day. It is copious and delicious, even the wines are well chosen. A sure value for a stay in the cirque of Salazie!

Repas type créole le soir de notre arrivée,avec petit punch maison offert par notre hôte.
Petit déjeuner excellent.
Pour notre début de séjour sur l'île on ne peut rien demander de plus.
Le sourire et la convivialité de notre hôte et de son équipe suffisent ,rien d'autre à dire sauf merci.
