Gîte de France offering refined Creole dishes every day.

A gîte de France that we love for its charm and simplicity. Today, almost two hundred years after the governors of the island came to Salazie for a breath of fresh air, we dine in the house of the owners, Yvette and François Boyer, with whom we cheerfully drink. Mr. Boyer, a mason, built everything himself with great attention to detail. Madame, a fine cook, prepares refined Creole dishes every day. It is copious and delicious, even the wines are well chosen. A sure value for a stay in the cirque of Salazie!

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet endroit après plusieurs jours de randonnée éprouvante et quel bonheur! C’est bien placé, très joli, et le petit déjeuner est très correct. Nos hôtes étaient adorables. Je recommande.
