A little away from l'îlet, the Auberge Piton Cabris, also known as Mr Libelle Charlemagne's lodge, is a very pleasant stopover. Located in the middle of a soothing Creole garden, it allows hikers to rest in one of its four 4-bed dormitories. The sanitary facilities are shared and towels are not provided. Apart from the garden, the big plus is the panoramic view of the Cabris peak. A photo book on the life of Mafate also allows you to discover or rediscover the circus in a different way. Very good reception.
