This restaurant, whose name nihonbashi literally means "Japanese bridge", is one of the best Japanese restaurants in Colombo. The cuisine revisits the great classics such as noodles served in a broth(udon and ramen), fried fritters (tempura), and of course, the inevitable nigiri sushi and sashimi. Everything is done with extreme finesse and the products are very fresh. Special mention for the setting offering several atmospheres whose common factor is the bamboo.
