A classic among gourmets. With dishes such as pepper crab and baked crab, but also a multitude of other specialties designed to delight all palates, including those allergic to seafood and vegetarians, the Ministry of Crab has quickly established itself in Colombo. Its location in the old Dutch hospital and the quality of its welcome are also part of its success. This success has forced the restaurant to impose meal times in order to satisfy its customers and to renew the tables as much as possible.
