Just off Galle Road, in a quiet street in Colombo 4, this hotel is a good choice in this category. It has to be said that it is fairly well kept and has everything you would expect from a city hotel. The rooms are of a decent size. The windows overlooking the street can be opened, which is becoming increasingly rare. The bathrooms are clean but a bit dated. There is an elevator to the upper floors, including the restaurant at the top of the building. 24-hour reception.
