This old palace opened in 1837 and offers 85 comfortable rooms and suites. The decoration is starting to date and will ruffle the hair of the most delicate souls. Back to the 80's guaranteed. The restaurant on the top floor, the Harbor Room, offers a beautiful panorama of the port and its activity. It's a pity that photos of the port are not allowed for security reasons. The Russian writer Chekhov stayed here between the 12th and 18th November 1890 as a plaque at the exit of the main lift and the bust placed in the hall proudly remind us.
