Closed for several years for renovation, the hotel reopened during 2018 and now boasts 4 stars. It offers simply decorated, comfortable, and well-equipped rooms (central air-conditioning, TV), and some have balconies. Restaurant offering Kerala cuisine. The location and the character of this old building are the main attractions of the establishment.
