LAKMEDURA

Close to the Viharamahadevi park, this is a five-story store with a theme on each level: wooden objects and masks on the first floor, copper and silverware on the first, batiks on the second, clothes on the third, leather on the fourth, paintings, crafts and cosmetics on the fifth. The quality is generally good but it is not top of the range and some products can be slightly more expensive than elsewhere... A place well known by tour operators and tuk-tuk drivers who send their clients there.
