Catherine and David Quittanson, the owners of La Buissonnière, offer generous, tasty local cuisine. In the kitchen, local and seasonal products take pride of place. Of course, there's the inevitable truffade, but the chef's suggestions are just as tempting: potée, blanquette, choucroute... All served in a convivial bistro atmosphere and well-decorated dining room. You can also drop in during the day for a drink. We like the unbeatable value for money.
