This posh hotel, located above the new city, has been tastefully furnished in a former colonial residence. Great comfort in the rooms and suites, each selected on a different theme. They all benefit from air conditioning and their adjoining bathroom; The suites even have a bathtub. The gourmet restaurant is one of the most famous in the country with a different menu each day. Each year, the house invites an internationally renowned chef to deliver cooking courses and train teams.
