A beautiful colonial villa over 150 years old whose former name was Weligama Bay Inn, or The Heritage Weligama, located 200m south of Taprobane Island on the coastal road... Completely refurbished by the Ceylon Hotel Corporation in 2012, taken over by the Ekho chain in 2018, it offers very comfortable air-conditioned rooms with a modern design. Small swimming pool, in a large garden. The common areas diffuse a much more colonial atmosphere, especially at the Playground, the restaurant of the establishment.
