Located between the Botanical Gardens and downtown, near many shops and restaurants, the Oak Ray Regency is a very comfortable hotel with 50 rooms. All are spacious and well-equipped (air conditioning, cable TV, small desk), and some even have a nice balcony with a view of the river and the surrounding mountains. Sober decoration and impeccable maintenance. Good breakfast served in the restaurant room on the first floor. Nice little rooftop pool to cool off after your visits.
