To see as a curiosity placed on the road between Colombo and Kandy, this open air museum brings together some public works equipment dating from another time. Moving from Kandy to this one destination is not worth it, but if you are passing on the A 1, slow down the course of the waterways and the railway: everything is visible from your vehicle.
