Sun Rise Ballooning is Sri Lanka's first hot air balloon provider. Created in 2005 by the professional and very friendly Justin Moore, the centre has three balloons of 8 and 16 people and offers daily one-hour excursions between Sigiriya and Dambulla. The program includes a departure at dawn, a one-hour flight over the lush vegetation, the wonderful spectacle of the sunrise over the surrounding hills, and a delicious champagne landing! An experience not to be missed under any circumstances.
