In the laboratory, various recipes are created to measure: timeless starters, elegant and original appetizers. The menus consist of a starter, a main course based on fish or quality meat. Regional dishes such as truffade or aligot-saucisse du Cantal are also proposed. Moreover, the caterer works essentially with local products. It is possible to order for an event and also for a single meal or a takeaway.
