This downtown guesthouse is recognizable by its green walls and orange sign. Pathinatan Jerome, who speaks English very well, offers two places to stay. In the main house: 5 fairly simple rooms, 4 of which are air-conditioned, with or without en-suite bathrooms. Most of them have mosquito nets but there is no hot water. Common room with TV. In an annex house: 4 air-conditioned rooms, with or without bathroom. You should definitely choose the main house.
