Although located behind the bus station, and close to the Uppukulam Mosque, this newer guesthouse is a bit hard to find among the housing. The one-storey house completed in early 2011 has a faux Hindu temple look with yellow and salmon hues. Inside, the furniture and bedding are new, and the rooms are comfortable, but they don't shine with decor. They are all equipped with mosquito net and fan. Restaurant on site. Indoor parking. A good surprise in the heart of this old district.
