West of the peninsula and downtown, Dutch Bank Cafe is extremely well located within the Inner Harbor and offers a breathtaking view of the bay. Housed in a renovated Dutch colonial house with a beautiful orange facade, this modernly decorated restaurant offers good quality international cuisine (Italian, Sri Lankan, Indonesian...). The prices are however a bit high. Bring a little wool because the air conditioning is on full blast! Two rooms are available in an annex building.
