In the heart of the new town (New Batti), near the Our Lady of Presentation Church, this building dates from 1971 and has 11 basic and clean rooms (6 of which are triples with air conditioning) in addition to 3 dormitories with 5 beds. The dormitories are reserved primarily for participants in programs set up by the YMCA. The comfort is basic but the facilities are well maintained. A television is installed in the common room. It is possible to wash your clothes on site. On the other hand, there is no restaurant except for breakfast.
