This establishment opened in late 2018, everything is brand new. The rooms are very comfortable, air-conditioned and all have a small balcony, the more expensive ones have an ocean view. All are impeccably kept and have good bedding. The breakfast is quite basic and the pool not very big. This being said, the value for money remains excellent, the staff is friendly, and the hotel is close to Negombo's entertainment (beach, restaurants, bars) and 10 min walk from the fish market.
