The Lady of Beaufort watches over the village day after day, from the top of the puy de Beaufort, on the site of the old castle of which unfortunately nothing remains. Every August 15th, the Chapdères pay homage to her in procession. It can be reached by following a hiking and mountain bike trail listed in the Chamina Chaîne des Puys guide, a marked circuit that starts from the village square. A magical walk, with beautiful viewpoints and which crosses the land of the Chemin Fais'Art, an unmissable hike to do with the family!
