THE MILL OF THE DESNIERS
One of the rare survivors of the mills of the Morge valley which is located in Charbonnières-les-Vieilles.
This flour mill has been in operation since the 16th century! The Regional Association of the Friends of the Mills of Auvergne animates it all year long. The Desniers mill is one of the few surviving mills in the Morge valley. It has recently been restored and now opens its doors to the public. On the program: individual or commented visits of the mill, from the bakery to the stable with animated models. The bread school allows you to experiment with the making of your own bread with the oven on site. The establishment holds the rural heritage label.
