Pleasant restaurant with terrace with Hervé in the kitchen in Saverne.
This CAVEAU lives up to its name, with an impressive, well-priced wine list. We settle in under the stone vaults, warmed in winter by a beautiful fireplace. Élodie is in the dining room and Hervé is in the kitchen. It's good, it's hearty, it's beautifully presented and it's not expensive! On the terrace, it's pleasant in summer, like being on vacation! And throughout the year, there's every opportunity to visit Le CAVEAU, whether for a tête-à-tête or with friends.

La patronne est avenante et le service efficace. Nous avons mangé des tartes flambées très correctes. Les desserts que nous avons pris étaient originaux, recherchés dans leur conception et leur présentation. Petit regret de ne pas avoir mangé un plat à la carte qui, au vu de leur description sur le menu et le travail fourni pour le dessert, se voulaient des plus prometteurs.
