Pleasant restaurant with terrace with Hervé in the kitchen in Saverne.

This CAVEAU lives up to its name, with an impressive, well-priced wine list. We settle in under the stone vaults, warmed in winter by a beautiful fireplace. Élodie is in the dining room and Hervé is in the kitchen. It's good, it's hearty, it's beautifully presented and it's not expensive! On the terrace, it's pleasant in summer, like being on vacation! And throughout the year, there's every opportunity to visit Le CAVEAU, whether for a tête-à-tête or with friends.

Very creative and delicious food. Fun & quirky atmosphere. And a delightful and funny server (maybe owner/proprietor). Overall, a wonderful experience. We are very happy to have found this restaurant.

Nous nous sommes arrêtés pour manger avec un ami nous avons été très bien reçu nous avons très bien mangé mon ami a pris du poisson et moi j'ai pris de la carbonate avec du paleron à l'intérieur le tout cuit dans un pot en terre cuite, c'était excellent
