Hôtel exquis avec un service incroyable. Le personnel est incroyable et extraordinairement accommodant. Nous avons séjourné ici trois fois au cours des huit dernières années ! Les chambres sont magnifiques et exceptionnellement bien équipées. Le petit déjeuner est un régal et le restaurant est phénoménal !

J'ai beaucoup aimé l'hôtel-restaurant Chez Jean à Saverne, en Alsace. Tout comme la petite ville de Saverne, avec son canal, son port, son château en haut et la Maison Katz et sa taverne. Je reviendrai bientôt à Saverne lors d'un voyage en Alsace et à l'hôtel-restaurant Chez Jean. C'est sûr !
