The dishes prepared by chef Maxime Tankouo are delicious and daring: we recommend the fried yucca, the guiso de platano con chivo (banana and kid stew), and for dessert the famous postre koeksisters. Finally, the very cosy atmosphere will complete your experience. A good plan with friends or family, as the dishes are to be shared (and at very reasonable prices!).
